  • Our three-hour LIVE virtual workshop is £395 +VAT per person.

  • Payments can be made via BACs or debit/credit card. We will issue an invoice once a place has been reserved. Payment is required at the time of booking.

  • We run workshops throughout the year, please check our website for details and dates here .

  • As many as you like. If you are thinking of booking more than four, you may want to speak to our team about running a tailored inhouse programme.

  • Our workshops are capped at 15 delegates. This ensures a high energy learning environment, with lots of facilitator and peer to peer interaction.

  • We built OHSH especially for those transitioning into a management role. It would also be valuable for those who have recently become First Time Managers.

  • Cancellations made two to four weeks before the workshop delivery can be transferred to the next available workshop date. Cancellations made two weeks before delivery cannot be transferred. We do not offer refunds.

  • You’ll receive a copy of the slides after completion of the workshop. We hope they’ll act as a useful reference tool.

  • We’d certainly prefer it if you are camera ready, but we do, of course, respect the needs of all individuals.

    If you think this might be something you’d prefer not to do, then please speak to us before the workshop and we will discuss and try our very best to accommodate your needs.

  • You will be sent a copy of the slides used on the day.

  • As our workshops are hands-on and experiential, recordings are not available.

    However, we offer various dates so you can choose a session that fits your schedule.

  • Once you’ve completed the booking form, we’ll confirm your place and send you an invitation with all the joining instructions.

  • Training is conducted via Teams. No Teams account? Not a problem. We'll provide a link for you to download the software—no sign-up required. While creating an account is an option, it's not necessary to join the workshop and you can use the desktop app or the web.

  • While a desktop provides the best learning experience, you can easily access the workshop via your smartphone.

  • Make sure to test your connection and ensure your firewall is not blocking access before the workshop.

    During the session, technical support is limited, so please complete all checks in advance.
